Participation Directions for the IRA Toyota VIP Gift with Purchase: To participate in the Gift with Purchase offer ("Offer"), and receive one (1) Voucher for one (1) free lunch at Papa Gino's (Approximate Retail Value: $9.00 each), while supplies last, you must have paid service work (irrespective of cost and type of service) done at one of the following participating IRA Toyota dealerships between February 1, 2012 and February 29, 2012 during regular business hours:

Service work on your vehicle must be completed by February 29, 2012. Once the service on your vehicle has been completed, you will receive the official receipt including a dealer code and invoice code. By March 7, 2012, log onto www.iratoyotavip.com, click on the Offer icon, and enter your complete name, address, date of birth, valid e-mail address, and phone number, along with the dealer code and invoice code found on your receipt. All Entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on March 7, 2012 to be eligible for this Offer. For purposes of these Official Terms & Conditions, "receipt" of Offer redemption online will be solely determined when the www.iratoyotavip.com web server records the Offer redemption information. Any automated computer receipt does not constitute actual receipt of Offer redemption for purposes of these Official Terms & Conditions. Use of any device to automate submission is prohibited.
Participation Restrictions: Offer is open to Massachusetts and New Hampshire residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Ira Toyota (“Sponsor”), Ira Motor Group, WBMX(FM), (collectively, the “Offer Entities”) and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, their dealerships, and their advertising and promotional agencies and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
General Conditions: While supplies last, qualifying consumers who submit the Offer redemption information by the submission deadline will receive one (1) Voucher for one (1) free lunch at Papa Gino's (Approximate Retail Value: $9.00 each). Vouchers are limited to the first 1,000 entries received and will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Vouchers will be sent by mail to the address provided in the consumer's Offer redemption within 4-6 weeks of entry. No substitutions will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Offer Entities. Requests will be honored based upon availability. Offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. No more than one (1) voucher will be provided per receipt, regardless of purchase total. Limit one (1) request per household or address per month. Submitted Offer redemptions will become the property of the Offer Entities and will not be returned. Offer Entities are not responsible for redemption submissions not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages, delays, computer or other technological difficulties, and Offer Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Offer.
Participants responding to this Offer agree to hold the Offer Entities, their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and their respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims, liability or damages arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance and/or use/misuse of this Offer. Offer Entities maintain the right to modify or clarify this offer and/or its terms and conditions at any time.
